PAN-AFRICAN SOLEIL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (PASH GLOBAL) in partnership with a leading Botswana developer is currently developing, financing, constructing, owning, and operating a portfolio of distributed generation solar PV rooftops plants in Botswana and South Africa. The pipeline will consist of businesses in the hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare space, owned by prominent business groups, with a total capacity of 20 MWp. The offtake agreements will be structured as Lease Agreements ranging between 10-15 years in duration.

These projects will provide compelling cost savings for the Offtakers on their monthly electricity bills.PASH will also be responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the assets. These projects will provide a strong anchor for further distributed generation projects across the SADC region.
