PASH is committed to eradicating cases of Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Child Labor as it is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. PASH sets out steps that are aimed at preventing acts of Modern Slavery, Human Trafficking and Child Labor from occurring in its business, operations and supply chain. We operate strict processes, ensuring all employees, contractors, partners and suppliers comply with all applicable laws and standards, including the Modern Slavery Act (2015) and the United Nations (U.N.) and Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989).

We ensure that the planning, design and operation of any project takes into consideration any potential environmental risk or hazard. This ensures we mitigate any adverse environmental impact and indeed, where possible, enhance the locality.

Our management takes a key role as we strictly adhere to environmental processes and systems during the construction, design, operation and maintenance of any facility we undertake. In order to reduce carbon emissions, PASH is constantly seeking to implement alternative solutions to conventional and more polluting forms of transportation and operation. PASH supports policies around Climate Change and condemns those organizations and governments whose actions damage societies and natural resources. We are also committed to participate in any activities which seek to safeguard flora and fauna under the threat of extinction.

Our Approach

The aim is to mitigate and minimize any potential risks. To that end PASH has developed a comprehensive and robust Environmental Health and Safety Policy based strictly around the project staff, behaviours and the working environment. Our operations also comply with National and International

Health and Safety Laws and the requirements outlined in our Guidelines on Business Conduct.

We also recognize our responsibility to respect in the appropriate manner the rights of people who are involved in any of our operations. Therefore, we engage on an ongoing basis with international committees who provide grants to safeguard human rights and dignity. We also seek to respond immediately in order to mitigate and prevent any issues associated with breaching standards of international labour practices.

We promote and religiously respect fairness and non-discrimination, equal opportunities for training, professional development in and out of our work place. We support and follow UN Guiding Principles of human rights in the business environment.

PASH take appropriate actions in order to ensure no one is adversely affected by our operations outside the employee/contractor’s portfolio. We ensure that local communities are treated in an appropriate, reasonable and fair manner.
