PASH has a highly experienced management and technical team with extensive development and execution expertise including involvement in over £100bn in energy and infrastructure transactions on every continent. The management team brings more than 100 years collectively of project finance, private equity, engineering, construction, operational and maintenance experience.

Board Members and Directors
Kofi focuses on structuring, transaction management and financing and is also the PASH group general counsel. Prior to PASH, Kofi practised law as an international energy and infrastructure lawyer for over 10 years. In private practice he focused on renewable energy, project finance, energy and infrastructure related transactions, international banking transactions, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised Governments, public sector entities, sponsors and lenders in connection with major projects and corporate and finance transactions and has also advised clients in the oil and gas sector.
Since 2009, Kofi has closed over 1 GW of renewable energy projects (including acquisitions), working closely with major international lenders and corporate entities on projects all over the world. The largest was a 125MW Solar PV project in Italy with the arrangement of Euro 500million of debt financing from China Development Bank in which Kofi was involved from inception to financial close and beyond.
Vine has vast senior project development, project finance and private equity experience globally. He is adept at negotiating, financing project developments in energy with more than 1GMW of renewables successfully completed. Vine previously led a number of developments as a Project Manager, most notably the 300MW Lake Turkana Wind Power Project under construction in Kenya. He has also served on the board of Copperbelt Energy Cooperation Plc. (CEC: ZL) a leading African power company and developer based in Zambia, listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation exceeding $200 million as a Non-Executive Director Alternate.
David has been involved in power generation project finance transactions, totalling over 1GW, for more than 25 years. At the project and corporate finance units of both PwC and Ernst Young, he supported and led numerous projects in both the UK and emerging markets to financial closure. Additionally, he has provided financial management and control for operational PPPs/Project Financings for such sponsors as Amey Ventures and Centrica in the UK. He has led numerous training seminars on both project finance and PPPs.
Paul has over 25 years executive level management experience working in International markets in the IT sector with Blue Chip companies such as Motorola, Case Communications, Newbridge Networks, Ericsson, Alcatel and NCR. Now working in the renewable sector as Commercial Director, he is responsible for a sales and marketing operation which successfully identified and developed a substantial project pipeline. His current responsibilities focus on origination, development of greenfield projects in international markets and heading our Anaerobic Digestion (AD) activities in the UK.
Ahmed is responsible for all technical matters in PASH including the implementation strategy. He is also responsible for design, engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance. Ahmed has more than 10 years of experience in electrical design, including Diesel, HFO, LFO and Natural Gas reciprocating high speed and medium speed Generator Sets. He also has vast expertise in designing wind, solar and hybrid power plants as well as DC hybrid units for telecom applications in a number of African countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leon, Tanzania and Egypt.
Adel is a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and an Attorney at Law (NY, USA) having worked at international law firms in both Paris and London on renewable energy, project finance, energy and infrastructure related transactions, international banking transactions, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Adel has been involved in the legal, project finance, origination and development of over 1GW of renewables projects.
Mark focuses on anaerobic digestion and biomass projects worldwide. Prior to PASH Mark was the originator and led the development and initial implementation of the 3MW/85,000T input Anaerobic Digestion Plant based at Sutton Grange. Mark secured investment from Tamar Energy and the plant is operated as a joint venture with them. Mark also has Solar and Wind experience and is developing multi technology models and project models.
With a career in the energy, telecoms and renewables sector spanning over 30 years, Adrian’s path to success started with one of the UK’s ‘Big Six’ energy companies, Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE). In 2010 Adrian left to start up his own energy efficiency company, Anesco, which developed into one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. Under his leadership Anesco spearheaded the development of energy efficiency, renewables and battery storage in the UK and was named as one of the world’s top 100 clean tech companies for four consecutive years. Adrian holds chairmanships with Enviromena, the leading developer of solar PV plants in the Middle East and Africa and InstaVolt, which is installing 3,000 rapid electric vehicles chargers across the UK using machines from its partner, Chargepoint.
Marketing and PR
Kateryna has over 5 years’ experience in PR & Marketing in the UK and Ukrainian markets. In Ukraine, she governed Customer Experience activities for brands such as Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar and Landover. In the UK market Kateryna conducted Marketing Activities for brands such as MINI and BMW. Now working in the renewable sector as a PR and Marketing Manager, she is responsible for promotional activities at PASH. Her current duties focus on developing and building relationships with key local energy companies, handle media enquiries and draft and issue press announcements and corporate documents.
