Puerto Rico – 4th April 2025 – PASH Energy LLC (“PASH”) and Puma Power PR LLC (“Puma Energy Puerto Rico” or “Puma Energy”) announce the sale of PASH’s 95 per cent stake in their joint venture Rooftop Solar JV, LLC to Puma Energy Puerto Rico. The JV was established in 2021 to develop and install solar PV across Puma Energy’s retail fuel station network in Puerto Rico.
Through the JV, PASH has developed, and constructed 78 sites, showcasing its leadership in distributed energy generation in Puerto Rico. PASH also secured a debt refinancing agreement with Oriental Bank, the first and largest of its kind for distributed generation (DG) projects on the island.
The transaction enables PASH to reallocate resources to other renewable energy projects, while Puma Energy assumes full ownership and operational control of the existing solar assets.
